Item Condition Guidelines
To ensure your return is accepted, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Below are specific considerations:

Shoes: Try on shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffs. Include the original, undamaged shoe box.

Swimwear & Lingerie: For hygiene reasons, try on garments over underwear and do not remove the protective slip.

Tops & Dresses: Avoid contact with makeup, deodorant, or lotions when trying on.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@obroi.com. We will assist with a free replacement or appropriate resolution.
Refund Timeline
Returns are typically processed within 10–15 business days upon arrival at our facility. Once your refund is issued, a confirmation email will be sent. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
